Agreement to Terms
By engaging Royallions (“we”, “us”) for website, marketing or related digital services, you (“client”) agree to the terms below.
Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice or email) before work begins. Most services are offered on a monthly or per-project basis with no long-term lock-in.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project. Work may be paused if payment is significantly overdue.
Client Responsibilities
Timely feedback, content and access (logins, brand assets) are needed from the client to hit agreed timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Royallions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party platform changes (e.g. Google, Meta algorithm/policy updates) outside our control.
